The Project Leaders programme can be run in your choice of format:
For corporates, it can be held as a three-day workshop. For senior management teams a one-day management overview can be customised to meet your specific project requirements. The corporate programme includes all the project leadership skills and knowledge you need PLUS consideration of the impact of projects across the business
Alternatively you can learn alongside delegates from other businesses on a two-day open course that focuses on the skills required for individual project or programme managers.
